We are all moved in, I had to take off a hlaf day of work to get things situated because the office gave Christy some problems.. mainly being that I had not signed the lease yet.. I will try to be positive here but I am sure everyone knows how negative a moving experience can be. The new place is still piled with boxes but we managed to set up 2 beds last night after calling emergency maintance for a water leak (the kitchen faucet sprayed everywhere when we turned it on, then the bottom leaked when turning the main 2 lines off) Also the capet was still wet from cleaning.. so not a great experience overall.. Christy was a little overwhelmed but she hung in there.
On a lighter note, AJ is really excited about the new house.. He keeps calling me Daddy.. and dad this dad that.. I respond but I am not sure Christy is all to hip to it yet so I unwillingly asked AJ to slow the dad thing down to when we wake up and when we go to sleep. I personally feel like this is very confusing for him.. but we are still in discussion on how to attack this. COMMENTS WELCOME.
AJ has a Christmas performance at his daycare tonight, so the boxes will remain closed for another day. I will post pictures of him at La Petite (his daycare) when I finally get internet back up at home.
