Listed the property in Feb. 2011, received an offer March, 2011. Flagstar jerked us around until Sept. and the buyer walked. October, Flagstar said we had to start all over with our package. We did so, and got a new buyer. November, flagstar moved to Freddy Mac. Freddy Mac took 6 weeks, and buyer walked. New buyer the next day, Freeddy Mac still no word, buyer walked. Freddy Mac approved in Jan.2012, found new buyer, ordered home inspecition, house needs new roof, buyer walked. Found new buyer, okay with inspection report, Flagstar said it is too late and the house is going to foreclose, buyer walked. Lawyer sent Flagstar letter, threatening to sue them, Freddy Mac, and everyone involved. Foreclosure date moved to March 26th. Found new buyer, cash buyer this time, okay with inspection report. Only asking for us to purchase home warranty for $400. Agreed, and now we are closing tomorrow. Almost 14 months of this crap. We are short selling a house with Flagstar.
